Ex-officio on all standing committees. in the absence
or incapacitation of the President will assume those responsibilities. |

Responsible for General Meeting programs (speakers)
and special events, and responsibility for publicity for all events. |
| Secretary |
Keep minutes of meetings and maintain the reports. |
| Treasurer |
Receive and be responsible for all club funds,
vouchers, and bank accounts. |
| 3 Members-At-Large of the Executive Board or Committee |
There are no specific duties, but members will be
expected to assist in planning for activities and participating in the
Executive Committee. |
